PaymentHub collects only the information necessary to provide statement analysis. When you upload a statement, we temporarily process the document to extract fee and transaction data. We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide it.

2. Data Processing

Uploaded statements are processed in an isolated, secure environment. The extracted data is used solely for generating your analysis report. We do not use your data for training, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the requested analysis.

3. Data Retention

Uploaded statement files are permanently deleted after analysis is complete. Analysis results are retained temporarily to allow you to access your report and are automatically purged thereafter. We do not retain copies of your financial documents.

4. Data Security

All data transmissions are encrypted using 256-bit TLS encryption. Uploaded files are processed in sandboxed environments and are not accessible to other users or third parties.

5. Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties. Your statement data is never shared with payment processors, financial institutions, or marketing companies.
